I called several companies left messages and nobody got back to me until days later and I needed to get someone out right away. Kurt was the only person who actually answered my phone call without having to leave a message. He was out the next day. I am so glad I found Sierra Blue. Kurt has been extremely knowledgeable about setting up my pool properly and has been responsive to any questions I have had. I think I have called him 4 times and he has always answered. They came out the very next day to assess the issue and had the broken pump fixed just two days later. He was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. I appreciated his patience when he taught me how to program the pump. Also he made a follow up visit to be sure everything was running well.
